| 收入对农民消费影响的实证分析

【摘要】我国农民消费主要受当期收入的制约,其次是不确定性因素。经营性收入对农民消费影响最大,工资性收入次之,他们的影响都是增量上的。农民消费增加即实现了农村市场扩大,而保持农民收入增长的持续性是增加农民消费的关键因素。

Positive analysis of the effect of income to rural citizen’s consumption

【abstract】 The consumption of rural citizens firstly was constrained by their current income in China, secondly by the uncertainty factors. Household business income took up the bigger part influence to the said consumption, and later wage income, the influence was mainly on the increment of consumption. The realization of China’s rural market expanding is primarily depended on the increase of the said consumption, which is critically relay on the persistent increase of rural citizen’s income.

引言
农民占我国总人口的57%,而他们的消费仅占全国总消费的26.8%[1],农民消费与城镇居民消费差距达到3.8倍(2004)。在国际市场日趋激烈的今天,扩大内需成为经济转型的关键,而农村消费市场的壮大又成为扩大内需的关键。提高农民消费水平和扩大农村消费市场亦是繁荣农村经济、建设社会主义新农村的题中之义。国家近年来免除农业税,补贴农业生产,甚至直接给予农民购买家电的补贴[2],目标除了提高农民生活水平,缩小城乡差距外,自然是要提高农民消费水平,扩大农村消费市场。尽管十分努力,农民的整体消费水平依旧不高。农民消费行为主要受收入影响,而这种影响方式正是我们将要分析的。 |
